Final Project – Rendering & Workflow (Studio Ikokora)

For this final project, I chose to recreate the iconic Sheats–Goldstein Residence, designed by John Lautner and built between 1961–1963 in Beverly Crest, Los Angeles, California. This house is one of the most renowned examples of mid-century modern architecture.

I selected this project due to its architectural complexity, which provided an ideal opportunity to explore and apply a wide range of techniques within the rendering software. Throughout the process, I followed the complete workflow taught in the Studio Ikokora course, allowing me to strengthen my skills and deepen my understanding of professional visualization practices.

This house was entirely modeled from scratch by me, using architectural plans I gathered from various online sources. Every detail was carefully recreated to reflect the original design with as much precision as possible.
